PROGRAM FEES
Volunteer Himalayas as no external funding and is relying on the volunteer program fees to be able to work. We offers all services and supports (customized placement, airport receive, room and food for entire project period, supervisor or field support and periodical supervision) that you will find that our organization is very reasonably priced and pretty flexible so we can tailor a program to your needs.
2 weeks: ˆ 250.00
4 weeks: ˆ 400.00
6 weeks: ˆ 500.00
8 weeks: ˆ 600.00
12 weeks: ˆ 700.00
Above cost includes:
* Collection from the airport, transport to your placement
* Language course
* Accommodation and main meals during placement
* Accommodation during language course and orientation
* Placement donation (which includes scholarships and sponsorships for children)
* Placement visits
* Cultural/Orientation course
* Cultural Sightsee
* Legal services
The cost does not include:
* Hotel Bills
* Laundry service
* Bar Bills
* Flights (Domestic and International)
* Personal Insurance
* Visa fees
$30 for the first two months.
$30 per month there after, maximum five months per year.
Regarding VISA: This must be Tourist Visa for maximum 5 months. During this period you are unable to earn money or take paid work.
Cancellation fees:
* Before starting training program - 75% Refund.
* No money will be refunded once you start your placement and position are non transferable.
* No money will be refunded for a program of 2 weeks duration after commencement.
